Cloud Table

2021, Foam, wood, steel, gold, foil, resin

Continuing my explorations with foam, I created the Cloud Table. The Process was much more involved then I had originally thought. I had the basic shape CNC’d out of a large piece of foam at Kreysler and Associates. The dichroic mirror was special order from CBS glass. I carved the top and bottom of the foam, then appied 6 coats of a polymer before beginning the foiling process. The entire table was then given a resin coating.
